It has been snowing and raining off and on. Only patches of snow now, but tomorrow, we may have more. I am glad of it. Even though the weather makes me feel sluggish and depressed, we do need the water, badly.
The hook and needles were calling my name, lol . So far I have crocheted 5 pair of fingerless gloves, and a beret and scarf. Right now I am knitting a baby hoodie. It has been fun and a change from what I have been doing...sewing.
Last month I was commissioned to make sashes for a local non-profit group my daughter is in. They are called "Active 20-30 of the Redwood Empire". Let me tell you they are very active and do great work for Sonoma County's kids in need. It will be exciting to do this for them.
I have been busy designing a few things, a Monks Bag and a coin purse. I hope to soon have the coin purse available for sale.
From the last week of this month and through April, I will be taking a much needed break from my normal routine, hum what is normal.....lol, well it will be a break. I will be learning so techniques to help me through my flare ups with Fibromyalgia. I am so looking forward to getting this piece of my life under control, even gone would be better. I hope to get better at posting here. Not that it really matters. I don't think anyone reads this! lol
